Teaching
Practice with me in Prague
I now teach two weekly morning classes at Prague Yoga Collective in Smíchov.
Strong Slow Flow
Thursdays · 7:30–8:30 AM
All Levels · Taught in English
A strong but unhurried, breath-led practice. Deliberate transitions and creative sequencing build strength, mobility and body awareness, with modifications for beginners and options to deepen the practice for more experienced students.
Vinyasa Flow
Fridays · 7:30–8:30 AM
All Levels · Taught in English
A dynamic, breath-led flow combining strengthening and stretching poses. Continuous movement builds heat, with modifications for beginners and additional layers for more experienced practitioners.
Prague Yoga Collective — Smíchov
Kroftova 329/1, Praha 5–Smíchov, 150 00
Born from a daily practice that began on December 19, 2023.
Consistency first. Everything else follows.
A simple discipline
What started as a short experiment during recovery became a rhythm.
One week. Then another.
No long-term plan. No performance goal.
Just return.
With repetition came change —
more strength, more flexibility, a steadier breath.
And something less visible: more presence. Less noise.
Why 1000 days
The number was never the goal.
It appeared along the way.
1000 days is not intensity.
It is continuity.
What this is
A personal commitment to return.
Not a method.
Not a rule.
At least one hour. Every day.
Just return.
Strength & Stillness.
From practice to teaching
The practice continues.
In July 2026, I completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Ubud, Bali.
In September 2026, I began teaching weekly at Prague Yoga Collective.
Teaching is not a finish line. It is another way to learn, pay attention, and share the practice.
1000 DAYS YOGA continues to evolve — from a personal discipline into something that can be shared.
